<h1>Government Approves IT Special Economic Zone in Kerala's Chengamanad Village by Parsvnath Infra Limited</h1> The Central Government has approved the establishment of a sector-specific Special Economic Zone (SEZ) for information technology and IT-enabled services in Chengamanad Village, Aluva Taluk, Ernakulam District, Kerala, proposed by M/s. Parsvnath Infra Limited. The SEZ, covering an area of 17.08 hectares, is officially notified under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005. An Approval Committee, comprising various government officials and a representative of the developer, is constituted to oversee the SEZ. The SEZ is designated as an Inland Container Depot effective from April 8, 2013, under the Customs Act, 1962.
