of <h1>Tariff Values Updated for Brass Scrap and Poppy Seeds Under Notification No. 104/2008-Cus (N.T.)</h1> Notification No. 104/2008-Cus (N.T.), dated September 1, 2008, amends Notification No. 36/2001-Cus (N.T.) concerning tariff values for certain goods under the Customs Act, 1962. The amendment updates the table of tariff values for goods such as Crude Palm Oil, RBD Palm Oil, Crude Palmolein, RBD Palmolein, Crude Soyabean Oil, Brass Scrap, and Poppy seeds. The tariff values for most items remain unchanged except for Brass Scrap, which is set at 4295 USD per metric tonne, and Poppy seeds at 6898 USD per metric tonne.
