<h1>Publication of sexually explicit content, child sexual exploitation and coercive religious conversion prompting prosecution under IT, POCSO and Conversion law</h1> FIRs were registered alleging criminal conduct under multiple statutes: (1) publication of sexually explicit material and related offenses under the Information Technology Act and relevant provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), prescribing criminal liability for uploading objectionable content and enabling prosecution and digital-removal/remedy measures; (2) sexual exploitation of a minor under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO), which subjects the accused to specialized child-protection procedures and stringent penal sanctions; and (3) coercive religious conversion under the Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Unlawful Religious Conversion Act, 2021, invoking investigatory and penal consequences for forced conversion.
