Residential H2 sales grew 7% to 8,806 units, full year sales were slightly down 3% to 16,896 units, launches rebounded 38% to 8,098 units, prices rose 6% to Rs 4,037 per sq ft, and unsold inventory fell 5% to 19,630 units.
