<h1>Mobile medical units expand healthcare access for construction and migrant workers through CSR outreach and on-site diagnostics.</h1> Corporate Social Responsibility initiative expands on-site primary healthcare delivery for construction and migrant workers by deploying two additional fully equipped mobile medical units under the 'Ek Pehal' program in partnership with a nonprofit operator. The MMUs provide outpatient consultations, medicines, diagnostics, referrals and follow-ups, antenatal and postnatal care support, preventive health education linked to government schemes, hospital networking, and capacity building for healthcare staff across multiple urban worksites, increasing the fleet to six units across five cities.
