In 2006, 67 violations were noted, resulting in 26 cease and desist orders and compensation in other cases. In 2007, 41 violations were recorded, with 18 cease and desist orders issued. Up to September 2008, 20 violations were found, leading to 5 cease and desist orders, with compensation granted in remaining cases.
