<h1>ICSI proposes principle-based stewardship and climate governance tools to strengthen corporate ESG practice and introduces IGPS and IPCG.</h1> ICSI issued the ICSI Guiding Principles on Stewardship (IGPS) to promote principle-based governance for long-term value creation, recognised by IFSCA for adoption in IFSCs, and launched a Stakeholder Engagement Toolkit on ESG plus the ICSI Principles on Climate Change Governance (IPCG) to guide transparency, metrics and targets for climate-related disclosure and to assist Company Secretaries and Boards in devising comprehensive ESG policies.
