<h1>Listed company to acquire 36% stake in container manufacturing project through share swap and term loan funding</h1> A listed trading company has entered a strategic association with a container manufacturing company for a 36 per cent equity investment in a container manufacturing project in Gujarat, formalized through a share-swap agreement following an earlier memorandum of understanding. The manufacturing project is being developed on leased land near Bhavnagar dedicated to the unit. Under the agreement, the manufacturer will allot equity shares representing a 36 per cent stake to the investor, which in turn will issue its own equity shares at not less than Rs 15 per share. Project financing includes a sanctioned term loan of Rs 20 crore and promoter contributions.
