<h1>Government pushes simpler MCA procedures, real-time transparency dashboard, and reduced compliance burden for companies by 2047 vision</h1> A high-level governmental review meeting in New Delhi assessed the functioning of Regional Directorates and Registrars of Companies under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), focusing on corporate law administration, e-governance, and compliance processes. The Union Finance Minister directed MCA to simplify procedures, harmonise forms, standardise enforcement manuals, and develop a live transparency dashboard to ensure timely and user-friendly services for incorporations, exits, mergers, adjudication, inspections, investigations, prosecutions, and compounding. Emphasising frequent legislative reforms, including insolvency law, the Minister highlighted the need for responsive, facilitative governance aligned with the goal of a developed India by 2047. The Minister of State for Corporate Affairs urged reduction and rationalisation of forms, minimisation of compliance burdens, and enhanced stakeholder guidance through electronic resources and regular consultations.
