The mandate covers design, engineering, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of rooftop solar plants of varying capacities for 5,886 Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe households, implemented through a utility-led aggregation model. The contract includes five years of comprehensive operation and maintenance.
