<h1>Two suspects arrested after CCTV-led probe recover eight stolen engine control modules; third associate remains at large</h1> Two individuals were arrested in north Delhi on allegations of stealing engine control modules (ECMs) from parked vehicles after police scanned CCTV footage and intercepted a suspected car following a tip-off; tools and the vehicle were seized. A case filed on September 18 spurred a 10-day probe identifying the suspects, who allegedly confessed to multiple ECM thefts across Burari, Timarpur, Wazirabad and Swaroop Nagar and led police to recover eight stolen ECMs from one suspect's residence. A third associate is reported absconding; efforts to locate him continue. One arrestee has prior murder-related proceedings and the other faces numerous past theft/burglary cases.
