        <h1>B-khata property conversion scheme allows eligible standalone sites to apply for A-khata via online registration and inspections.</h1> A one time administrative scheme allows conversion of eligible B-khata standalone sites to A-khata through online application, Aadhaar authentication, consent to convert applicable private roads to public, site inspection and city corporation confirmation, and payment of five per cent of the guidance value; larger sites require filing via a registered architect/engineer with CAD uploads, an initial scrutiny fee and inspections, after which commissioner approval effects conversion.
