<h1>Government launches Rs 35,440 crore agriculture schemes to promote group farming, land pooling and climate-resilient high-value crops</h1> The head of government promoted group farming and natural farming during an interaction with farmers coinciding with launch of two agriculture schemes totaling Rs 35,440 crore (Rs 24,000 crore and Rs 11,440 crore). Policy guidance encouraged pooling land by small and marginal farmers to cultivate high-value crops, reduce costs, improve market access and increase incomes.
