<h1>Clarke Energy commissions membrane biogas upgrader supporting SATAT bio CNG targets with >97.4% methane purity and modular scalability.</h1> Clarke Energy commissioned a locally designed and manufactured membrane-based biogas upgrader at a Chennai municipal anaerobic digestion site, replacing a PSA unit with a two-stage membrane system rated at 600 Nm3/hr. The integrated solution includes dryer, scrubber, low-pressure compressor and instrumentation; initial commissioning reports methane purity above 97.4% at part load, minimized methane losses, locally sourced components, modular scalability, and conformance with supplier performance guarantees to support bio CNG deployment under the SATAT initiative.
