The accused is the 22nd person charged in the probe; 18 have been arrested and four remain absconding. Investigators allege the accused prepared and arranged fake Aadhaar, voter ID, and bank documents to facilitate passport procurement. The case was registered by local police in August 2022 and later taken over by the NIA.
