<h1>Government unveils Global Capability Centre Policy 2025 to attract Rs 50,600 crore and create 400,000 nationwide jobs</h1> The state government approved the Global Capability Centre Policy 2025 to attract Rs 50,600 crore in investment and create 400,000 additional jobs between 2025 and 2030 by establishing 400 new GCCs across urban and rural areas. The policy targets expansion into tier-2 and tier-3 cities, development of digital data banks and world-class economic centres, and strengthening priority sectors including aerospace and defence, agriculture and food processing, gems and jewellery, logistics, mining, pharmaceuticals and chemicals, green energy, IT and automotive. Incentives include land allocation, infrastructure funding, reserved industrial plots, uninterrupted utilities, flexible hours and property tax relief.
