<h1>Stocks rebound early as benchmarks rise after steep weekly losses; investors eye central bank decision and US jobs</h1> Equity benchmarks rebounded in early trade after a sharp decline last week, with the benchmark index up about 255 points to 80,681.92 and the other index up about 89 points to 24,743.75; several large-cap stocks gained while others lagged. Regional markets were mixed and US markets closed higher. A brokerage research head said attention is on an upcoming central bank policy decision and US jobs data. Weekly losses were roughly 2.65-2.66 percent. Foreign institutional investors net sold about Rs 5,687.58 crore while domestic institutional investors net bought about Rs 5,843.21 crore. Brent crude eased to USD 69.71/barrel.
