<h1>State invites Japanese investment, signs MoUs for waste-to-tiles plant, 500MW green energy, water pipeline, industrial upgrades</h1> The state government invited increased investment from Japanese firms and proposed a dedicated industrial cluster in Naraingarh; an upcoming official visit to Japan is planned for early October. An MoU with a major automaker was signed to set up a plant converting construction and demolition waste into tiles, with land and feedstock provided by the government. The governmentbudgeted about Rs 3,000 crore for a Munak Canal pipeline to secure Manesar's water supply, commissioned a Rs 78 crore industrial wastewater recycling project, encouraged CSR spending through district administrations, announced a 500 MW green energy project MoU, new fire-safety upgrades, ten new IMTs and streamlined NOC processes.
