State leadership directed coordinated preparations emphasising interdepartmental cooperation and operational priorities: crowd management, traffic and parking, drinking water, health services, sanitation, cleanliness campaigns, security, and hospitality for foreign delegates, and called for completion of arrangements in advance to avoid visitor inconvenience.
