Implementation is via PPP or a designated nodal agency, with expedited land identification and development mandated; 659 proposals totalling 1,642 acres, Rs 15,431 crore investment and about 101,768 jobs have been recorded. The government directed engagement with powerloom weavers, continued subsidised electricity and exploration of solar integration to reduce costs and boost incomes.
