Eligible families are those registered under the state family ID with annual income below Rs 1.8 lakh. Compensation scales vary by age for death/permanent disability (Rs 1 lakh-5 lakh) and by disability percentage or injury severity (minimum Rs 10,000; detailed rates for bites and tissue loss). Claims must be filed online within 90 days; a district committee verifies and decides within 120 days. Payments go to Aadhaar-linked family bank accounts via the designated state trust; recoveries and 12% interest apply for false claims, and amounts disbursed may be recovered from responsible parties.
