<h1>2024 SDG Progress Report: Composite Score Rises to 70; District Rankings Show 28 Front Runners, Targets on Track</h1> State government released a 2024 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) State and District Progress Report assessing 275 indicators across 16 SDGs based on 2023-24 data, showing the composite score rising from 69 to 70. The report ranks districts into four categories (Aspirator, Performer, Front Runner, Achiever), with 28 districts as Front Runners, five as Performers, one retaining Achiever status, 12 improving and 10 stable. Forty indicators had met 2030 targets by 2024 and 83 more are projected to meet targets within two to three years. The government committed to prioritizing education, health, nutrition, sanitation, energy and logistics and to use the report as a framework for policy, planning and district-level support.
