The bank distributed 2,000 loan sanction letters to women entrepreneurs at a self-help group ceremony attended by about 3,000 members and encouraged micro, small and medium enterprises to use its digital platforms to access government schemes. Bank leadership also held an employee town hall emphasizing digital adoption, financial inclusion and fraud prevention.
