<h1>Budget airline posts Rs 238 crore June-quarter net loss; cites grounded aircraft, supply-chain woes, weak leisure demand</h1> A budget airline reported a net loss of Rs 238 crore for the June quarter, citing higher costs from grounded aircraft, engine overhaul delays and global supply-chain disruptions, as well as reduced leisure demand linked to geopolitical tensions and airspace restrictions; total income fell to Rs 1,190.56 crore from Rs 2,067.21 crore year-on-year. The carrier said it is pursuing cost reductions, fleet reliability measures and damp-lease arrangements to bolster operations. Net worth improved to Rs 446 crore from a prior deficit. Domestic market share stood at about 2% in July.
