<h1>Companies sign MoU to jointly develop and commission up to 200 MW solar capacity, targeting 360 million kWh annually</h1> Two companies signed a memorandum of understanding to jointly develop and commission up to 200 MW of solar power capacity in three Indian states. Under the MoU, one party will supply solar modules, inverters and core equipment while the other will act as developer and independent power producer, responsible for project development, EPC execution and long-term operations. The projects, sited in Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh, are expected to generate about 360 million kWh annually and target commissioning within 18-24 months, contributing to the national renewable capacity objective.
