The corporation will procure service providers via the Government e-Marketplace; outsourced workers receive a monthly honorarium of Rs 16,000-20,000 paid directly to their bank accounts between the 1st and 5th, with three-year appointment terms, 26 working days per month, and a Rs 15,000 funeral grant for deaths in service. Departments may seek termination of agencies for irregularities. Reservation quotas will apply to SC/ST, OBC, ex-servicemen, freedom-fighter dependents, persons with disabilities, and women.
