Local legislators from ruling and opposition benches raised concerns that affected constituencies are not receiving CSR benefits despite pollution impacts. The minister also reported 21,182 illegal mining cases detected since April 1, 2023, with Rs 13.95 crore recovered, and there were heated legislative exchanges over recent school closures and relocations.
