<h1>Survey of 3,107 delivery partners reports 78.3/100 wellbeing score; highlights strengths, gaps, and planned support measures</h1> A food delivery platform commissioned an independent firm to survey 3,107 delivery partners across 35 cities using its Delivery Partner Wellbeing Framework, reporting an overall wellbeing score of 78.3/100 across nine elements. Four elements scored above 80% (order delivery experience, payouts/earnings, diversity/respect, attire/assets) and five scored 65-80% (grievance redressal, growth/engagement, knowledge acquisition, health/safety, financial inclusion/social security). The company said results will guide further support and highlighted existing measures including 24/7 emergency ambulance coverage, first responder training, tax-filing assistance, EV rental facilitation and maternity benefits for eligible women partners.
