        <h1>Industrial incentive package offers free land, interest subvention, SGST reimbursement and auxiliary supports to attract investors.</h1> The Bihar industrial incentive scheme provides interest subvention up to a capped amount and free land allocation conditioned on specified investment and employment thresholds, subject to an application deadline. It also offers long term net SGST reimbursement tied to approved project cost, a capital subsidy as a percentage of project cost for new units, an annual export promotion ceiling over a multi year term, and ancillary support including skill development, environmental and renewable energy assistance, stamp duty and land conversion fee reimbursement, park support, and patent and quality certification aid.
