The parties will conduct a detailed feasibility study to finalize location, investment terms, resource availability and other key project parameters, with Odisha among locations under consideration. The HoA follows an earlier memorandum and outlines steps toward definitive agreements, combining the domestic partner's execution capabilities with the foreign partner's technological leadership to develop a competitive manufacturing hub for domestic and export markets.
