<h1>REITs Distribute Rs 1,559 Crore in Q1 FY 2025-26, Marking 13% Yearly Growth in Returns</h1> Four publicly listed real estate investment trusts collectively distributed Rs 1,559 crore to over 270,000 unit holders in the first quarter of fiscal year 2025-26, representing a 13% increase from the previous year. These trusts manage more than 129 million square feet of Grade A office and retail space and have cumulatively paid out over Rs 24,300 crore since inception. Their combined market capitalization exceeded Rs 1 lakh crore as of July 30, 2025, with total assets under management reaching approximately Rs 1.63 lakh crore by the end of the previous fiscal year. The Indian REITs Association, supported by regulatory authorities, recognizes these trusts as founding members, highlighting the sector's continued growth and commitment to providing stable cash flows to investors.
