Educational institutions, hotels, government offices, banks, and IT companies received land allocations. During a review meeting with 61 participating institutions, the CM emphasized strict timeline adherence and promised single-window clearance system support. Three institutions committed to begin work in July, while others provided staggered timelines over six months. Ten institutions have already started construction and three completed buildings. The government aims to create a financial hub combining multiple cities into a megapolis.
