<h1>State-owned construction company to renovate iconic 5.5-acre auditorium complex into world-class cultural destination</h1> State-owned construction company signed an agreement with the National Film Development Corporation to renovate and redevelop a 5.5-acre auditorium complex in South Delhi. The iconic venue, built in 1982 with four auditoriums seating over 2,600 people, will be transformed into a world-class cultural destination. The project will expand the built-up area to over 20,000 square metres within two years, featuring performance districts, film hubs, convention facilities, and retail zones with modern technology and green building standards.
