The Agra facility will span 1,058 acres while Prayagraj will cover 351 acres. These clusters will feature manufacturing units, R&D facilities, skill development centers, and incubation hubs to support traditional industries and entrepreneurship. The project aims to generate large-scale employment, particularly for local youth. Development will occur through a Special Purpose Vehicle with central and state government partnership, targeting completion within 36 months. The clusters will offer world-class infrastructure including roads, utilities, and green spaces to attract private investments.
