The Ministry of Corporate Affairs is taking necessary measures to resolve the temporary difficulties that have arisen in the MCA 21 e-Governance portal of the Ministry. At the same time, in order to alleviate the problems faced by stakeholders, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has issued a Public Circular dated 8/2/2013 (Number 3 of 2013) informing stakeholders of the decision to waive off any additional fee for delayed filing of statutory submission. This Circular is available on the Ministry’s website.
The MCA 21 e-Governance portal of the Ministry is presently undergoing transition of its operations/services to a new service provider. The present difficulties in the services provided to stakeholders are only temporary in nature and the Ministry is taking necessary measures to resolve them.
