<h1>Public-Private Partnership to develop an EV manufacturing park aims to strengthen supply chains and create employment.</h1> The state will develop an electric vehicle manufacturing park near Bhimsen under the Kanpur Metropolitan Development Vision - 2030 through a Public-Private Partnership (PPP), comprising units for motors, chassis, steel parts, lithium-ion cells, battery assembly, chargers, controllers and electronic components, plus a dedicated R&D centre; an integrated EV components cluster will support SMEs and the park's location near the dedicated freight corridor is intended to provide logistics and connectivity advantages.
