<h1>Solar Fencing Project Accelerates with Penalties, Aims to Boost Fruit Production in Subtropical Regions by 2025</h1> Government officials in Himachal Pradesh are addressing delays in a solar fencing project under the Shiva Project. The minister directed penalties for firms not completing solar fencing work on time. The project aims to enhance fruit production in subtropical areas, covering 4,000 hectares with solar fencing by June 2025. Currently, only 828 hectares are completed, with Rs 193 crore spent. An integrated digital platform with 75 AI-based agricultural services is being developed to support the initiative.
