The scheme prioritizes persons with disabilities, widows, and families affected by severe diseases or disasters. On the launch day, 60,000 work orders were issued statewide, including 10 distributed at the event. The government plans to build over 5 lakh houses in three years, with a budget of Rs 2,600 crore for the current year and Rs 7,550 crore over the next three years.
