MPI will dedicate two researchers, with Gelion covering their costs, and both parties will pool background and jointly developed IP. Gelion holds an exclusive option to acquire exclusive commercial rights to any jointly developed and relevant background IP during the three-year collaboration or within six months after, subject to licensing on reasonable commercial terms.
