The party's Legislative Disciplinary Committee has summoned several lawmakers to justify their absences. Attendance records are under scrutiny to identify those absent without valid reasons. The TMC leadership views repeated absenteeism as a serious concern, with nearly 215 MLAs absent on March 19 and only about 90 attending the session on March 20. The party is compiling a list of absentees for further action.
