Langate MLA ejected from Assembly again for protest during Budget Session; alleges bias and unequal treatment.
Langate MLA was removed from the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly after causing a disturbance, claiming he was denied the opportunity to speak during the grants session led by the Chief Minister. This marked the second time he was ejected during the Budget Session. Despite assurances from the Speaker that he could speak after the Chief Minister's response, the MLA protested, alleging bias and unequal treatment. As he moved towards the well of the House in protest, the Speaker ordered marshals to escort him out. Earlier, he was also removed for protesting over the perceived selective condemnation of civilian killings.
