This decision follows PSPCL's deduction from TSPL's monthly invoices for January and February 2017, citing alleged mis-declaration of plant availability. TSPL, a subsidiary of Vedanta Limited, operates the largest private thermal power plant in north India, supplying 30% of Punjab's electricity demand since 2014.
