This initiative aims to monetize land parcels and generate non-fare revenue. Bids have been invited for consultants to assist with market research, strategic planning, and project management. Key locations identified for development include Ghaziabad, Duhai Depot, Bhaisali, and Modipuram Depot, which will host malls, entertainment hubs, and more. The project aligns with Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) principles to enhance connectivity and economic growth. The entire corridor is expected to be completed this year.
