As of January 31, there are 32,474 vacant posts, including gazetted, non-gazetted, and multi-tasking staff roles. The Chief Minister reported that significant vacancies exist in various departments, while the Department of Disaster Management has no vacancies. Application fees collected by JKPSC and JKSSB since October 16 total over Rs 14 crore.
