        <h1>Employment support for youth with disabilities expanded through MoU and UDID-enabled registration to facilitate training and jobs.</h1> The state will sign a Memorandum of Understanding with a social organisation to develop employment and self employment pathways for youth with disabilities, initially in Vidarbha and North Maharashtra. The programme combines disability specific training, job fairs linking trainees to industry, and creation of self employment options where needed. An updated disability database and a registration drive will issue a Unique Disability ID to registered individuals to facilitate access to schemes, training and employment services, with government and district administrations providing operational support.
