<h1>Delhi Airport's Terminal 2 Closes for Upgrades; Terminal 3 Expands International Capacity</h1> Delhi airport's Terminal 2 (T2) will be temporarily closed for four to five months starting in April for upgrades, with its capacity of 15 million passengers being shifted to Terminal 1 (T1). During this period, one runway will also be closed for Instrument Landing System upgrades to improve operations in low visibility conditions. To accommodate increasing international traffic, a section of Terminal 3 (T3) currently used for domestic flights will be converted for international use, raising its capacity to 32 million passengers. T3 currently handles 45 million passengers, exceeding its original design capacity of 34 million.
