Concurrently, complementary agricultural and allied initiatives were announced-including Centres of Excellence for livestock and crops, milk-processing expansion, a crop-specific marketing board, and the mobilisation of Farmer Producer Organisations-to enhance market linkages, value addition, and rural economic development alongside the instalment mechanism.
