The scheme involved collecting deposits from 19 lakh customers under the guise of real estate investments, promising high returns or residential plots. The ED's investigation, initiated in 2018, revealed funds were diverted to various industries without investors' knowledge. The court allowed the restitution of attached assets, including agricultural lands, plots, and an amusement park, to the victims, with the current market value exceeding Rs 6,000 crore.
