The project aims to establish infrastructure such as internal roads, a zero liquid discharge common effluent treatment plant, a boiler steam generation and distribution system, and a solid waste management plant. The minister emphasized the need for timely completion and instructed the project management consultancy to prepare technical parameters. Additionally, NIPER Mohali will be onboarded as a technical partner to support the establishment of a center of excellence.
