<h1>Urban Unemployment Rate Slightly Drops to 6.4% in Q4; Female Unemployment Sees Notable Decline to 8.1%</h1> The unemployment rate for individuals aged 15 and above in urban areas slightly decreased to 6.4% in the October-December quarter of the current fiscal year, according to the National Sample Survey Office. This rate was consistent with the previous quarter but showed a slight decline from 6.5% in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year. Female unemployment in urban areas dropped to 8.1% from 8.6% a year ago, while male unemployment remained stable at 5.8%. The labor force participation rate increased to 50.4%. The Worker Population Ratio for males rose from 69.8% to 70.9% over the same period.
